EntreEd Welcomes Dr. Reima Shakeir to Board of Directors

The National Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education (EntreEd), also known as NC|EEd, is pleased to announce that Dr. Reima Shakeir has joined its Board of Directors. Dr. Shakeir is an international scholar, published author, executive, and educator with deep expertise in leadership, organizational change, and global entrepreneurship.

Her work aligns with EntreEd’s commitment to real-world application and ecosystem engagement. Through her teaching, advising, and executive coaching, Dr. Shakeir helps entrepreneurs, students, and organizational leaders imagine bold futures and take purposeful action within dynamic ecosystems.

Dr. Shakeir is the creator of the Leadership Imaginarium™, a framework designed to support transformation in leadership and culture. She has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Ariane de Rothschild Fellowship and currently teaches at NYU’s Stern School of Business and the University of Pennsylvania. Her academic background includes an MA from Harvard and a Doctorate with double distinction from the University of Pennsylvania.

Through her appointment, Dr. Shakeir will help guide EntreEd’s work in bridging education with business, policy, and community sectors. Her expertise will support programs that prepare learners not just for jobs, but for active participation in solving real-world challenges.
