Frequently Asked Questions

Is ΩMEGA beginner-friendly, or do I need prior experience?

ΩMEGA is designed for decision-makers and practitioners, not observers. You don’t need prior experience with the ΣTEAM Framework, but you should come ready to actively participate in working sessions and solution design. This is a build environment, not a lecture series.

Will I be pitched to by sponsors or vendors?

No. ΩMEGA is structured around evidence, implementation, and alignment — not product promotion. Partners participate in working sessions but do not control content or steer outcomes. This protects the integrity of the work.

What if I’m not ready to launch a pilot immediately?

That’s okay. Some participants leave with fully scoped pilots. Others leave with validated frameworks, partnership alignment, or funding pathways in motion. The goal is clarity and forward movement — at your organization’s pace.

Is this only relevant to entrepreneurship programs?

No. While entrepreneurship is a core lens, ΩMEGA integrates AI, cybersecurity, mathematics, NIL readiness, workforce alignment, and credential pathways into a cohesive system. It’s about aligning education to economic mobility, across domains.

Can I bring ElevateEdu into my company for a team program?

ΩMEGA is a launch point, not a one-day experience. Participants gain access to follow-up resources, pathway conversations, and partnership opportunities that continue. The work doesn’t end at the event, it moves into implementation.
