Following are some model programs that provided us with interviews and site visits in order to better understand segments of the Workforce Investmewnt System that recognize the importance of entrepreneurs in their area. These cases provided the Consortium with components of the recommendations we made in the White Paper...."THINK ENTREPRENEURS....A CALL TO ACTION".
